I am in network with Aetna. I am also a Clear Pricing Provider for Aetna's State Health Plan (NC). 

I will be in network with BCBS beginning March 10, 2025. Reach out today to be added to my BCBS waiting list! :) 

For my out-of-network clients: I can provide you with a superbill (a fancy receipt that includes information your insurance company needs in order to potentially reimburse you) after every session, upon request. You would be responsible for the full cost of therapy upfront, and you would submit the superbill to your insurance and wait for potential reimbursement. You are responsible for knowing your out-of-network reimbursement rates prior to our first session. 

If you do not have insurance,  or if you do not wish to use your out-of-network benefits, my self pay rate is $145 per hour.
