I am accepting a limited number of clients at this time. My clinical hours are from 9AM - 4 PM Monday - Thursday. 

I offer virtual therapy via a HIPAA compliant platform only. 

I will do my best to accommodate to your scheduling needs.

I am in network with Aetna. 

I am a Behavioral Health Access Program Provider for Aetna's State Health Plan (NC). 

I am also in network with BCBS out of state and local PPO plans.

For my out-of-network clients: I can provide you with a superbill (a fancy receipt that includes information your insurance company needs in order to potentially reimburse you) after every session, upon request. 

You would be responsible for the full cost of therapy upfront, and you would submit the superbill to your insurance and wait for potential reimbursement. 

You are responsible for knowing your out-of-network reimbursement rates prior to our first session. 

If you do not have insurance, or if you do not wish to use your out-of-network benefits, my self-pay rate is $145 per hour.

I offer select reduced-fee counseling slots as I am able to. Please contact me if you are in need of reduced-fee therapy. I do not want financial strain to become a great barrier to receiving the care and therapeutic attunement you are searching for. I will do my best to work with you if I am able.
